nutstar Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the nutstar platform. By creating an account or accessing any service, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nutstar online gaming platform, including all services, features, and content available at nutstar.bet. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. nutstar reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors. Any supplementary rules, promotion terms, or platform-specific policies published on the site form part of these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to nutstar is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with applicable regulations in the Philippines. By registering, you declare and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
The platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines where online gaming is lawful and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using the platform is legal in your jurisdiction before proceeding. nutstar does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
nutstar reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of any pending funds until compliance is confirmed.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on nutstar. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. nutstar will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact nutstar support immediately using the contact details on the FAQ page. All account information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the nutstar platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or that could harm other users, third parties, or the platform itself.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform.
- Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in gaming activities.
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the platform's software or content.
- Providing false information or impersonating another person during registration or at any point during account use.
nutstar reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or permanently close accounts found in breach of these obligations, with or without prior notice.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on nutstar are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed on the Deposit page. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. nutstar reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits and withdrawals, including requests for supporting documentation, particularly for large transactions or where fraud is suspected.
Deposits made in error or credited incorrectly must be reported to nutstar support as soon as possible. Any funds deposited to your account through technical error are not yours to withdraw and may be reclaimed at any time. Winnings generated using such incorrectly credited funds may also be voided.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and to any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. nutstar does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times but will endeavour to process requests within the stated timeframes for each payment method.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
The nutstar platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. nutstar shall not be liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or financial losses arising from platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
All content on the nutstar platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content, and software — is the intellectual property of nutstar or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written authorisation.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party content or services. nutstar is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services accessed through or in connection with the platform. Such links are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nutstar's total liability to any user in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
nutstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a user has breached these Terms, where fraud or abuse is suspected, or where required by law or regulatory guidance. In cases of suspension, nutstar will endeavour to notify the affected user where possible, but is not obligated to provide advance notice in cases involving fraud or security concerns.
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting nutstar support. Outstanding balances at the time of account closure, where not subject to fraud investigation, will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of the nutstar platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
